Through our internal systems: if you do business with us, we record customer details needed to invoice you — name, contact details, address, and where legally required, your Taxpayer Identification Number — along with the invoices, receipts, and payment records relating to your account.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, to provide the services you ask for, and to meet our legal and tax obligations in Ghana.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Financial records — invoices, receipts, and related customer details — are retained for at least six years, as required for tax and audit purposes.

Who processes it

Our systems run on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure, which stores and processes this data on our behalf. We use an email delivery provider to send contact-form messages to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except where necessary to provide our services or where the law requires it.

Your rights
